FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Do you ship worldwide?

 

Yes, I ship worldwide, with the exception of the UK. UK customers can still order via my Etsy Shop.

 

Do you ship tracked?

 

No, I do not ship with tracking in order to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. There is a small risk your package could get lost in the mail. If your package has not arrived within the estimates as provided down below,  please contact me via the form and we will find a solution together! For handmade paintings or special deliveries tracked shipping is possible, contact me for more information.

 

When will my order be shipped?

The Leora Aileen Webshop & Etsy remain open in the summer! There will be an order processing break.

 Orders placed after August 26th will be shipped out from September 24th onwards. You can still place orders, processing time will just be longer. Thank you for shopping my art! 

 

Customer service will still be available to contact on existing orders, scroll down for the contact form. 

 

When will I receive my order?

 

I ship untracked in order to keep it as affordable as possible, this means I cannot give out an exact delivery date. I can however provide estimated delivery times, please keep in mind delivery estimates can fluctuate based on postal service and time of the year (holiday delays and/or unexpected postal strikes). Please take this into account when ordering gifts etc.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

 

The Netherlands - 1 to 5 business days

Europe - 3 to 15 business days

North & South America - 1 to 6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand & Oceania - 2 to 6 weeks

Asia - 2 to 6 weeks
